About H1B Info
H1B Info makes U.S. H-1B visa data easy to search. Every figure on this site comes from the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) disclosure data — the public disclosure files employers generate when they file a Labor Condition Application (LCA), a required first step before petitioning for an H-1B worker.
What's in the data
We ingest the full-year LCA disclosure files for FY2020–FY2026, keep only H-1B-class records, normalize every wage to an annual figure, group employer name variants together, and roll the results up into salary statistics by company, job title, and location. We publish pages for employers and roles with enough filings to be meaningful.
Important limits
- LCA wages are base salary only — they exclude bonuses, stock/RSUs, and sign-on pay.
- A certified LCA shows an employer's intent and wage floor, not a confirmed hire.
- Data reflects what employers submitted; typos and blanks in the source carry through.
- We are not affiliated with the U.S. government or any employer listed.
